Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing quality support towards the customers by responding and solving their needs.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Package: Php 20,000 – Php 50,000
Key Responsibilities
- Answer courteously inbound calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
- Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
- Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to send products or provide services on time to customers.
- Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls.
- Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidates must meet the basic qualifications prior to endorsement
- 18 years of age and above
- Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
- Preferably a college graduate of any course
- Willing to start immediately
- Willing to WORK-ONSITE in Ayala Makati, Pasig
- on top of the salary package, candidates will receive premium bonuses after nesting period or once endorsed to production
- Has at least 1 year of Native GDS experience (Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre or Worldspan ONLY ) + Any of these non-negotiable requirements:
- 1 year of Flight Reservation Experience
- 2 years of Native Airline GDS Experience
- 1 yr of International Booking Experience
- 2 Yrs Corporate Or Leisure Travel Industry Experience
- 2 Yrs Customer Sales And Service Experience
